Club Grounds

Clontarfs cricketers and members are immensely proud of their Ground. The ground in Castle Avenue has been hosting international and domestic cricket matches for over 50 years, hosting many of the
worlds test playing nations, English county sides and in 1999 hosting a World Cup Match between The West Indies and Bangledesh.

Clontarf is located 4 miles north east of Dublin City Centre. The ground is located on Castle Avenue, 100m from the significant local landmark of Clontarf Castle.

By Train

The
commuter rail service (DART) stops at Killester Station which is only a
ten minute walk to the ground.

By Bus

The Dublin
Bus service numbers 29A, 31A, 31B, 32, 32A & 32B leave from Eden Quay in the city centre
and take
about 25 minutes to arrive at Killester (Dunseverick Road) from where it is only a
ten minute walk to the ground. The 32, 32A & 32B are wheelchair friendly
services.

The number 130
bus leaves from Lower Abbey Street in the city centre. The
service
terminates on Castle Avenue about three hundred metres from the ground but due to a roundabout journey takes about 50 minutes to arrive at Clontarf.

By Taxi

Castle Avenue is a 15 minute taxi ride from the Dublin City Centre.
