Just a little note to say thanks to all who helped out the Ladies this season. We have had a successful 2009 season it looks like the 1sts have not only won the Junior Cup but also Division 2 League along with the 2nds coming in the Top 3 of their League.

To the lads who helped us with the covers for some of our games, for those of you who helped us out umpiring it is much appreciated, to our supporters and to Rod who put up with us on Mondays!!!! Thanks aswell to Joe who worked hard with us for our last session before the cup.

Finally thanks to all the girls for their hard work and commitment this year, you all made my job very easy being Captain! It has been a pleasure! 6644 Tarf Tarf Tarf.

Pictures from the Ladies Cup Final are now in the photos tab.  Well done to all.

This morning the Under 11Bs played their final match of the season against the unbeaten Leinster side. Since we were also unbeaten this was a winners take all game.  Unfortunately, we came out the wrong side of a very close and competitive game.  Well done to Leinster.  The Under 11bs had been unbeaten for 2 seasons up until today so while the team were a bit disappointed they came hold their heads up high and be very proud of their record.  For the record the Under 11 teams results this year deserve to be recorded

11a - no losses

11B - 1 loss

11C - 2 losses

A remarkable year, thanks to all who played, managed, drove, supported or in any way contributed to this geat achievement. Roll on 2010.

PS Best of luck to the 19s on Monday
